ABOUT PROJECT SEARCHLIGHT
On the World Race, you learned about living a life of adventure, a life of chasing after God. It was wild, exhilarating, and the best part? It doesn’t stop after you leave the field. But how do you take what you learned on the World Race and put it into practice at home? This is where Project Searchlight can help.
Project Searchlight is a 5 day event designed to help you navigate the next season of life. It’s a chance to see old friends, worship, hear some amazing speakers, and maybe even find your next step. Whether God is leading you back to your old job, a college degree, or maybe even the foreign mission field, Project Searchlight is the place to begin.
WHY SHOULD I GO TO PROJECT SEARCHLIGHT?
Because the World Race is just “training camp” for the rest of your life. Project Searchlight is about celebrating the Race, but it’s also about helping you sort out the next season and giving you some really practical tools to help you succeed.
There will be space to debrief your Race, process your month 12 experiences, and celebrate what God has done in you over the last 11 months. But it’s more than just a time to reflect. We want to help equip you and set you up for success wherever you may land next. We’ll have a number of alumni speakers and breakout sessions all focused on helping you navigate the season after the Race.
We’ll cover topics like:
How to Put the World Race on a Resume
Finding your Calling
Emotional Health After the Race
What is Discipleship?
